Our delivery cut-off time is at 12.00 pm on a Business Day.

Processing Days: 1-2 Business Days.

We will update the daily shipment status every Business Day before 7.00 pm. Customers will be informed via email.

When your shipment arrives:

When you receive the package containing your order, please open the package and inspect the items on the same day as delivered. If there are issues, please contact us immediately through support@slae.com.my with the order number.

Shipping details:

  • Items will be shipped out after the payment is received.
  • We will use J&T, Pos Laju or any other trusted delivery partner at the time of shipment, to ship out your orders.

Estimated delivery date:

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 3 to 5 Business Days from ship-out date
  • Sabah & Sarawak: 5 to 7 Business Days from ship-out date

Tracking number:

  • We will update the tracking number with an email notification.
  • Please take note that most courier services do not update their online tracking system immediately. We advise you to check after 24 hours from receiving your tracking number.
