Cancellation and Exchange

We cannot always guarantee 100% that your order can be cancelled or exchanged, after it has been processed. You may contact support@slae.com.my to check if it can be done.

Please ensure you have reviewed your order correctly before confirming your purchase.

Refund

We offer refund for products posted back to us not more than 3 days from the date you received your order. The product must be returned to us via the address provided to you upon request at support@slae.com.my . Kindly include your order number, your full name and shipping address.

The product returned must have its packaging intact and not used in any way.

Please note that products bought during promotional periods at discounted prices are not refundable.
