MARKETING MANAGER
  • Formulate the monthly IMC plan for the brand, organize the planning and implementation of online and offline marketing activities, and ensure the brand effect and user conversion effect of the event. 
  • Innovative communication solutions to explore more marketing ideas, new channels and marketing events with communication attributes; 
  • Responsible for the management, personnel training and daily work review of KOL, social media, design, media buy and other teamwork, to ensure the punctuality and quality of the monthly marketing plan; 
  • Responsible for external communication and maintenance of cooperative relations, establishing good relations with news media, industry friends, etc., and promoting brand cooperation. 
  • Maintain communication with online and offline sales teams to ensure online and offline understanding and cooperation of marketing plans. 

Requirements : 

  • Marketing and management related background, Beauty & Cosmetics / Hijab industry is preferred and media background is preferred; 
  • At least 3 years of brand strategy and marketing experience, with team management experience and proven results.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, brand management and resource integration ability, excellent project coordination ability; strong logical analysis and insight; data analysis ability; certain writing skills; 
  • Positive working attitude, take the initiative to find and solve problems.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities 
  • Creativity and commercial awareness
MARKETING EXECUTIVE
  • Come out with social media campaigns and manage social media accounts such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other related social media accounts. 
  • Managing the company’s social media channels and website, including creating and scheduling engaging, relevant, and creative content, responding to comments, and engaging with followers. 
  • Monitor, measure and report performance on all digital marketing campaigns 
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and new digital technologies.
  • Monitors online conversations and consumer comments, including competitors to identify any latest trends, best digital practices, new business opportunities, or improvement. 
  • Work closely and brainstorm the latest social media best practices and come up with out-of-the-box campaigns. 
  • Content planning including topic selection, planning, script, execution, etc., and cooperating with photographers and designers to complete content production. 
  • Analyses social media presences.

Requirements : 

  • Marketing related background, Beauty & Cosmetics / Hijab industry is preferred 
  • Preferably at least 1 year of marketing experience. Fresh graduates can be considered.
  • Excellent team work energy and high sense of accountability.
  • Positive working attitude, take the initiative to find and solve problems.

SALES EXECUTIVE (Hijab)
  • Oversee and manage all SLAE Hijabs business activities to achieve sales, profit and growth objectives.
  • To carry out day-to-day sales performance in terms of revenue, customers’ awareness and development including effort in CRM, live session on online sales channel (website, Lazada, Shopee & Tiktok), events and etc.
  • To attend customers’ enquiries, complaints and orders and to ensure customers satisfaction.
  • To consistently improve self knowledge and staffs knowledge of products and job to ensure the work performance is maintained.
  • Enter and update customer information in the database 
  • To achieve monthly sales target.

Requirements : 

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role 
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
  • Excellent knowledge of using Canva or any poster editing apps
  • Hands-on experience with CRM effort to achieve sales target
  • Thorough understanding of sales and soft sell techniques 
  • Fast learner and passion for sales 
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach 
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
CRM EXECUTIVE
  • Management (data entry, master data, configuration) of the CRM software in the company; follow up with prospects in various phases of sales acquisition
  • Maximise revenue per customer/data record by re-engaging a dormant/inactive audience
  • Plan and execute email campaigns; track, analyze and report the success of those campaigns and events
  • Attend physical and virtual events, deriving insights for the company; event calendar scheduling for the company 
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related CRM software
  • Work with the marketing team to produce relevant success metrics for the email channel, which can be applicable to all email campaigns, revenue per send
  • Bright and willing to learn
  • General administrative tasks, document creation

  • Fresh Graduates/non graduate with 1 year related working experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of MS office application.

  • Create creative content according to trends and branding direction.
  • Update content daily.
  • Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and beauty/hijab industry happenings.
  • Prepare all the equipment before starting live.
  • Add new product at Tiktok shop platform.
  • Responsible to response all the review/chat/complains from customers.
